“The Eleanor Roosevelt Challenge”

We all have our problems, our worries and our challenges but, at twenty two I’m gliding through life, playing it safe. Boys and girls, WHERE IS THE FUN IN THAT?!?!! So, I decided to take what I have now coined “The Eleanor Roosevelt Challenge” based on a famous saying of hers.

“Do something that scares you everyday.”

Essentially, every day for the next month…however big or small, I’m going to do something that scares me. I don’t need a New Year’s Resolution or the turning of a new age to motivate me, so I can and shall, very randomly- begin today.  December 8th.

Please feel free to join me and get in touch with what you’ve been up to…and maybe we will find a new part of ourselves or just feel that little bit more liberated.

Carpe Diem! Xxx
